If you are running the #LeedsMarathon on the 11th May here’s two things you can do to minimise the chances of us meeting

1) Keep hydrated

2) Train in warm as well as cool conditions - If you’ve only ever trained at 6am you will struggle in current daytime temperatures.

It’s sad that some people have challenges accessing Primary Care. I contacted my surgery at 1611hrs. Duty GP called at 1632hrs. Two images sent via text. GP called back at 1636hrs and agreed ABx for my son. #PCN @PrimaryCareNHS @DHSCgovuk @LeedsGp

A good death needs a good law. I’m glad @kimleadbeater has brought this back to the table. It’s a start, but the scope is too narrow.

When you are stood outside the care home for 10 minutes in the dead of night in the pouring rain for another ‘emergency’ and you guess the door access code first time!
