I probably see a press request every day that ends “must be within two hours of London”. It’s so depressing. There’s plenty of freelance videographers, photographers & writers elsewhere in the UK, can the media not commission these people to work on stories for them? 🤔

3 years ago today I was hitting the road to work on my first in-person PR event as @CommsKick 2 nights away from my 9 month old was too much so he & my partner came along and chilled in an Air B and B while I worked. The events got TV coverage so it was worth it!
