@LaCieTech hi guys love your rugged drives. I bought one a couple of years ago but the usb-c connection is awful. Just comes loose with slightest movement. Is there a solution yet please to stop this as know it’s been an issue for many people :)

@primevideouk not sure if you can fix but Ride with Norman Reedus - great show - but episode 2 (Spain) audio is horrendous - music so loud you can’t hear dialogue. No idea how it works w/ you & production houses, or how it got through net but just wanted to flag it for you :)
