We are investigating a potential shareholder class action against James Hardie Industries following a significant decline in the company’s share price after the release of its Q1 FY26 results and downgraded full‑year guidance.
Principal lawyer Steven Foale says the investigation will consider whether shareholders were denied information they were legally entitled to receive prior to the sharp downgrade.
