AS A BODY they make decisions pertaining to every SBC.

They managed to be sure women can't be pastors, yet they can't protect, by way of a similar vote to create a working data base of predators.

There was a chance for us to be the grace, life-giving, healing presence of Jesus to survivors of abuse. But we weren’t.

I cannot imagine any SA survivor believing now that the SBC could ever be that. They are right, once again. We’re wrong, once again. And we have no excuse.
