No. The land was a gift to her, from her mother, specifically "for their children". Legally + emotionally, that was her boundary. Selling it would mean trading generational security for a business idea with no guarantee after 8 months of failed job hunts.

Doctor’s don’t tell someone that was in an accident with his/her family members that he/she was the only survivor until they think he can take it.
This is just an example, which is why I said you need to weigh it .

I think it’s just a personal thing. It’s either you can take/do it or you don’t.
