Today, Emily spent the day at @jcg_live with Year 10. They thought about the true meaning of beauty, challenged some of the unhelpful messages from the world around us and recognising all of the qualities that make us unique and beautiful ❤️

As well as our workshops for children and young people, we run information sessions for parents and carers. The aim of these sessions is to equip you with the confidence and tools to have conversations with your children and young people - comment or dm which topics you’d value.

Last year we worked w/ 3,400+ children & young people in Jersey. We work in every secondary school on the island & with 10 primary schools too.

Can you help even more children benefit from our free workshops? 97% of CYP say we gave them practical tools to make healthy choices.

Today we are with Year 13 at @HautlieuSchool for their ‘Next Steps’ day, talking about life after Year 13. We will be running a workshop and a stand, talking about alcohol, choices and consent. Come along and chat to us! 😁

Great to meet Year 5 groups at St Mary’s Primary School and @rougebouillon yesterday to deliver our ‘Relationships’ lesson. We considered what the ingredients for a great bowl of ‘friendship soup’ would be.

Spent today at @jcg_live, providing a listening ear & wellbeing support for those who needed it. We created a peaceful space, where students could explore how they were feeling, do some activities to focus on their emotional health, wellbeing & coping strategies. Thanks to all ❤️
