@kolan_xyz If anything should happen to my Kdp acct due to this massive rejection, I will make sure I rate your platform down with as much phone I can lay my hand on. You guys think you are the only that has monopoly of madness. Promising what you can’t keep up to
You guys are just a piece of shit @kolan_xyz you took the whole day yesterday to resolve transaction rejection issues only for it to be rejected again today. You guys are not yet ready for business. You guys should release my money with you since yesterday
@Al75511Lawan@UseLemfi@UseLemfi it’s not you guys fault, I blame raenest for changing their banking details if not who would have bothered to make use of your platform
@RaenestApp I have provided all the necessary information, including the transaction amount, transaction ID, payment date, and screenshots from my Apple Books dashboard. Despite this, I am still left waiting without any resolution.
@RaenestApp Today marks the fourth day since Apple marked the payment as completed, yet I have not received my funds or a clear explanation of their current status. This prolonged delay is becoming increasingly frustrating.
@RaenestApp I am yet to hear from you. I have reached out to you both via dm and email but yet no response yet. I even made use of the live chat option on the raenest app still no response
@RaenestApp I have already provided a detailed explanation, including evidence thatAppleBooks marked my royalties as paid and initiated the payment before your migration process and the subsequent change to my banking details.Yet,no one from your team has acknowledged my concerns
@RaenestApp I have reached out to you via both DM and email, but I have yet to receive a response. Your customer service has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the urgency of this issue.
@RaenestApp
Apple Books has already paid my royalties. The payment was initiated on May 15, while I updated my bank details on May 23 based on your migration deadline. This means the funds were likely sent to the previous Wells Fargo account before the account change took effect.
