Accepting that Derek Jeter wasn’t a generational baseball player and he was just a good leader with great vibes who was in the right place at the right time is an important step in every man’s life.
Some of you have not made that step and it’s okay.
@Chill_Phil15@ReleafMed Universities don’t qualify for welfare 🤣 but it’s probably gonna take finding another Bull-dozier in the portal,,,or even before they get to the portal 😉😂
@Chill_Phil15@astaylo1 Loyalty is important to PEOPLE that are loyal to you,,,but they should also respect you doing what you feel is best for you. Universities, corporations, and jobs don’t care about you/WILL replace you.
@Chill_Phil15@astaylo1 Choosing “loyalty” over putting yourself in a better position (at least explore options that are presented when 18-22 years old) is kinda silly brother man
@Chill_Phil15@astaylo1 What dirty stuff?? Coaches calling really good players up and telling the kid that they have wealthy boosters waiting to throw money at an established SS?? If an AD or District called you and offered you 3 times as much money and how to get out ur contract, you wouldn’t??
@astaylo1@Chill_Phil15 Yes this is what he is upset about. We as a society created the booming business of college sports and because of that we can’t be upset that the players treat it as a business. One can argue there has been more parity in the last few years, especially in baseball and basketball
@Chill_Phil15@astaylo1 Ohhhh nooooo, kids have some say so on where they go and how much they are worth. This is just shameful and reckless to give these kids such freedom to choose 😱😱
