@salveregalo@AFpost That's a false dichotomy, gleefully celebrating the possibility of over half a million souls being dragged to hell by the SSPX is also evil.
@AnthonyMalleus@bluecollarcath You mean the ancient Catholic faith where the pope has authority to approve or deny the ordination of bishops? Or where the Holy Spirit will guide the Church in all truth?
@JudasMaccabeu10@bluecollarcath The sspx rejects the traditional belief that Christ will guide his church in all truth as evidenced by both their response to the question of whether they have they have apostolic mandate. As well as the traditional view of papal authority
@RPopery19029 James 2:24 "You see that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone."
Protestants: "I believe in scripture alone and faith alone."
It's not shifting the subject, I'm calling out your lousy argument built on one, a mistranslation, the word in greek your translation says is "sent" is actually ἔδωκεν which is accurrately translated to "to give" or "gave" not "sent". The tactic used by satan throughout scripture is to mislead which is exactly what you're doing by twisting the meaning of words and language and deflecting when called out on it.
@LMJofficially@gonefishin1948 Because you derive meaning from literary works by reading the written language? You're literally using a single word to say Jesus is not God, if your translation isn't acurrate then your logic falls apart
@CogVeteran@poperespecter1 My county (republican) was locked down and I went to another state (democrat) on vacation to eat outside. The president of the county (republican, trump) locked down the country at the behest of his advisors empowering politicians to have power over the church.
