⚠️ We have successfully identified the root cause of the incident, and our investigation confirms that the issue is tied to affected wallet addresses.

Do not import your recovery phrase into another Cardano wallet. This does not eliminate the security risk. The vulnerability is triggered when an affected address signs a transaction, regardless of the wallet application being used.

We’re also preparing a secure verification and claims process to ensure impacted users can recover their assets safely. Taking actions outside of the official guidance may complicate or delay your claim.

We understand that community members have been trying to help, but some of the guidance being shared is inaccurate or conflicting. For now, please wait for official instructions from the SecondFi team before taking any further action.

Our team has identified an increase in fraudulent messages from malicious actors impersonating SecondFi while our incident response is ongoing.

At this time, no user participation is required for the recovery process. Recovery has not begun, and any claims stating otherwise are false.

As a reminder, SecondFi will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, wallet credentials, or remote access to your wallet under any circumstances.

Any message requesting wallet information, instructing you to migrate assets, or urging immediate action outside of our official SecondFi communication channels should be treated as a scam and ignored.

If you need assistance, the only official action you should take is submitting a support ticket through https://t.co/MPsQEqmX5e.

Our security team continues to monitor and report malicious activity while engineering efforts remain focused on the recovery process. We will continue providing verified updates through our official channels as progress is made.
