Pathetic, but I've just been informed that @Cloudflare and @CloudflareHelp are a massive pain in the tail if you have a paid subscription you want to cancel. This person has been trying to cancel their subscription since 3 days BEFORE the company charged them last time and now, 24 days later, there is still no resolution.

As their web expert, I absolutely cannot recommend Cloudflare to any of my clients from this point forward. This client has done everything possible to try to get them to cancel her subscription. They won't allow her to remove her credit card from their system, they refuse to cancel from their end, instead giving her things to do that do not have any affect on the paid subscription.
