@Vespa_Official I purchased spare parts from SPEED AUTO and didn’t get them fitted on my scooter still I was charged INR 2950/- as labour charges under header ADDITIONAL CHARGES, forcefully as they denied giving me the parts without that. I filed complaint with Consumer Forum

@airtelindia I am not able to use the broadband services for more than 3 days and the customer care is not even able to assist apart from giving timelines of 4,8,24 hrs timelines. Technician works from 10 - 7 PM means resolution will be done as per technician’s shift timing

@IndiGo6E very pathetic ground staff at Kolkata who don’t handle customer queries properly since last 3 days I am waiting for my baggage which has not yet been delivered and I am being given new timelines or an excuse that the vendor has to pay fine because of Night curfew

@dhanicares I have been following up with the customer care for a reply against LAN CL01152513 however haven’t received any since last 2 months. If I do not receive any response within 24 hours then I will be forced to file a legal complaint with RBI and the ombudsman
