@PghTransitCare @PGHtransit In addition to this when you look up scheduled times for alt routes the tru times showed they were so far out. If you are going to have trutime and boards to share arrivals have them be accurate. If not take them down. Again 36 mi commute to an hour is inexcusable

@PghTransitCare @PGHtransit While the apologies are appreciated it simply is not enough. The lack of communication between command , driver and rider is ridiculous. I expect delays to be properly communicated. Example: after getting back to SHJ we sat for over 20 minutes
