Why is it that swim coaches feel like they know it all, or HAVE to know it all (meaning they don't want to show others they have areas for improvement). Genuine question.
Have you scheduled your season wrap up session yet with your coaches? Continuous improvement is key to outstanding results. If you feel you have it all sorted, you aren't growing and improving. Guess what? Neither are your other coaches and athletes!
