I went to Tirumala last night and had dinner in Archana Hotel. Worst food and they charge large amounts. The worst thing is that they don’t have any UPI payments and no GST number. Are they paying any GST? Where our tax money going?

In Kaveri 2.0 we don’t have BANGALORE URBAN District. Due to this we’re unable to get the Encumbrance Certificate (EC) online.
And we visited Sub-Reg office they also helpless.
Can someone please guide us how to get EC .
