Each entry keeps its timestamp and origin visible. Recalled notes stay separate, incomplete records stay marked, and nothing gets compressed into a mystery score.

Log 03: Priorto is now running on Google Cloud. We verified the synthetic clinician demo’s health and sharing routes, then added authentication and rate limiting before enabling Gemini. No real records, no live key. Just a safer boundary to build on.
