Heartbroken. I trusted @loveholidays with our first family holiday. They messed up our booking, promised help, and 3 months later… nothing. Manager said they’d fix it. I called endlessly, begged for updates, now I’m blocked from calling. They took our money and gave us stress!

@loveholidays Sent DM @loveholidays I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve my issue, including asking to speak with a manager. Promised a call back within 24hrs—still nothing since 3rd May 2025. This is unacceptable. I’m now requesting a full refund for the all-inclusive package.

@LoveHolidays5 I’ve tried over and over to resolve this with @loveholidays, asking repeatedly to speak with a manager. Every time, I was promised a call back within 24 hours—still nothing. No follow-up, no accountability. Just silence. 😡🤬
