يا حديدي هم بيكلموا والدك او بيكلموا الدكاترة المحترمين عشان يكونوا حكم بينكم
يعني انت بتقول انك صاحب حق وهم بيقولوا انهم اصحاب حق ، تتفقوا ازاي؟
بنجيب حكم الطرفين موافقين عليه يقول مين صاحب الحق وحكمه يمشي عليهم
وأكبر دليل انهم عايزين يحلوا ودي انهم كلموا والدك انت يحكم بينكم

بالنسبة للمشتركين الحاليين، محدش هيتأثر، والاشتراك شغال زي ما هو. وبالنسبة للي لسه هيشترك، الدنيا تمام برضه. والمشاكل الحاصلة مالهاش أي علاقة بالمستخدمين؛ دي مشكلة إدارية وداخلية، ومش هتأثر على جودة المنتج، لأن الطرفين حاطين مصلحة المستخدم أولوية.

ونصيحة للناس اللي بيتابعوا المشكلة وبيعتبروا الموضوع ماتش كورة ومستنيين يعرفوا مين هيكسب: دي مشكلة بين صحاب وحبايب وإخوات، وإن شاء الله هتتحل. بس الشيطان بقى، والمشاكل وارد تحصل سواء في البيزنس أو بين الصحاب، فاشغل نفسك بنفسك وروح ذاكر.

سلام عليكم

كان المفروض أنأى بنفسي عن كل الحوارات دي، بما إني مش طرف فيها أصلًا، وبما إن أطراف المشكلة من صحابي المقربين.

المهم حاليًا، سواء مين صح أو مين غلط، نصيحتي محدش يصدق أي حاجة بتتكتب إلا لو كان شاهد عليها بنفسه، وما يصدقش أي طرف من الطرفين؛ لأن كل واحد شايف إن الطرف الآخر ظلمه.

حل الموضوع هو الاحتكام إلى شخص ثقة وأمين، مالوش أي مصلحة شخصية، يُعرض عليه الموضوع بالكامل بكل تفاصيله ومعطياته، واللي يحكم بيه يمشي على الطرفين، قياسًا على قوله تعالى: ﴿وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ شِقَاقَ بَيْنِهِمَا فَابْعَثُوا حَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ وَحَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهَا ۚ إِنْ يُرِيدَا إِصْلَاحًا يُوَفِّقِ اللَّهُ بَيْنَهُمَا﴾.

المشكلة الحالية مش مشكلة فلوس خالص.

وعملًا بقول النبي ﷺ: “انصر أخاك ظالمًا أو مظلومًا”، فكل اللي أقدر أقوله، مراعاةً لأسرار المجلس، إن الشباب المشار إليهم ما ظلموش حد ولا أكلوا حق حد، وكل اللي كانوا بيعملوه إنهم كانوا بيحاولوا يحلوا المشكلة ويرضوا حديدي بكل الطرق الممكنة، سواء بمحاولة مقابلة أونلاين أو أوفلاين، أو بالاستعانة بطرف خارجي يتدخل ويحاول يصلح، أو بالتواصل معاه شخصيًا علشان يعرفوا هو عاوز إيه
