إن إصرار بعض أطراف الإطار التنسيقي على المضي في انتخاب رئيس الجمهورية، مقابل استمرار البعض في عدم حسم مرشح رئاسة مجلس الوزراء، يُعدّ أمراً غير مقبول. ونؤكد بشكل قاطع عدم المضي بأي استحقاق دستوري قبل حسم هذا الملف بالتزامن، بما يكفل حضور ومشاركة جميع الأطراف في الجلسة المقبلة لمجلس النواب.

سارعت السلطات العراقية لتحديد واعتقال منفذي غارات بطائرات مسيّرة على قاعدة سورية خلال أيام، بينما بقيت مئات الهجمات على إقليم كردستان بلا كشف للجناة ولا مساءلة.

Few drones strike a Syrian base, within days, Iraqi authorities say they’ve identified the perpetrators and made arrests.

Hundreds of attacks on the #Kurdistan Region by outlawed militias over recent years and months, yet still no names, no networks exposed, no accountability, despite the formation of multiple joint investigation committees.

ندين ونستنكر الهجوم العدواني الغادر والخائن الذي استهدف مقرات البيشمركة، والذي أسفر عن استشهاد ستة من أبطال البيشمركة وإصابة 30 آخرين بجروح.

وفقا لدائرة الانواء الجوية في #دهوك خلال الـ24 ساعة الماضية، سجلت #محافظة_دهوك معدلات أمطار ملحوظة، تصدرتها عقرة بـ 32.2 ملم، تلتها العمادية بـ 29 ملم، ثم زاخو وبردرش.

الوزارة تدين الهجوم وتدعو القائد العام للقوات المسلحة العراقية لاتخاذ إجراءات حازمة لوقف الاعتداءات المتكررة.

Clarification to the Public Opinion in the #Kurdistan Region and #Iraq

The Iraqi Ministry of #Oil has issued a statement claiming that the Kurdistan Region is not ready to export oil through the pipeline to the Turkish port of #Ceyhan. In order to clarify the facts to the public, we would like to highlight the following points:
https://t.co/bfavZ8ZAc1 reality, the statement did not address all aspects of the issue. It presents an incomplete picture of the situation and attempts to place the blame on the Kurdistan Region in a way that may mislead public opinion.
2.Since January, the current government in #Baghdad has imposed a suffocating blockade on the Kurdistan Region under the pretext of implementing the #ASYCUDA system, preventing dollars from being made available to Kurdistan’s traders. Since then, commercial activity has been severely disrupted. At the same time, Baghdad has not allocated the necessary time required for the Kurdistan Region to implement the system—something we have requested since the beginning of this crisis.
3.Militias operating outside the law have targeted oil, #gas, and energy fields and facilities in the Kurdistan Region. As a result of these terrorist attacks, production has been disrupted and there is currently no oil production available for export from the Kurdistan Region.
4.Baghdad has not been willing to confront or prevent these terrorist attacks against the Kurdistan Region. So far, no effective measures have been taken to stop these attacks.
5.Many of those carrying out these attacks receive salaries from Baghdad, are armed and financed, while the salaries of the people of the Kurdistan Region are repeatedly delayed and transferred in amounts lower than what is required.
6.The Kurdistan Region has consistently expressed its readiness to help both Iraq and the Kurdistan Region overcome this crisis. We have repeatedly called on Baghdad to begin constructive dialogue to resolve all these issues. However, our requests have been ignored, and attempts have been made to impose unconstitutional and unlawful agendas on the Region.

Once again, we reiterate our readiness for specialised teams to meet as soon as possible to discuss these disputed points and reach a swift outcome that benefits all of Iraq and ensures that Kurdistan is no longer subjected to injustice.
