Yozora Liquidity makes markets with two-sided quotes while Yozora Carry takes a different approach:
it evaluates funding, uses beta-aware hedges to manage, not eliminate, broad exposure, and can take selective swing positions when signals support them. All trading stays on Bullet.

I built it for people who want to participate in Bullet’s markets without building and operating their own trading stack, plus to contribute activity and open interest to the venue.

I test in prod.

I’m one independent trader, four months into building a market-making system for trading on @Bulletxyz from the ground up, using its public Bullet Bots repo as one reference alongside independent research and lessons from real fills.

Production reveals what backtests can’t fully capture: queue position, venue latency, liquidity, and how inventory behaves when the market moves. That makes small sizing, hard risk limits, close monitoring, and the ability to stop quickly essential.

The vault has been live for about a month and a half, and it’s public. The fills, results, and drawdowns are visible over time, not just the story I tell.

The hard part isn’t placing orders. It’s making direction, quoting, and inventory management work together, then being honest about what the data says.
