Three people were arrested and one man had a leg amputated after a series of explosions occurred in a hostel in Hlaingtharyar on Monday. A resident reported that there were seven consecutive bomb blasts. It is thought that the group was testing IEDs. #WhatsHappeningInMyanmar

Junta soldiers burned 11 civilians alive on Tuesday during a raid on a village in Salingyi,Sagaing.Some of the bodies of the victims showed signs of torture. One of the victims was just 14 and another in his 60s.
