People have become so used to hiding what they feel that even the people closest to them have no idea how much they are struggling. The scary thing about adulthood is realizing how easy it is for someone to be falling apart inside while looking completely fine on the outside.

People are grieving privately while still showing up publicly. They’re going to work, posting online, attending events, laughing in conversations, but internally carrying heartbreak, disappointment, confusion, or emotional pain they have not even had d chance to process properly.

I'm in my calm era. I don't force things anymore. I just pray, trust God, and let things be.

[Evangelist Yuckskhalifa @Yuckskhalifa]

Dear God, even when I get to my desired wish, please give me the grace never to deviate from your sight. Grace to be with you in all Circumstances forever 🤲🤍

But will you make the same mistake again the next day, when you're given the opportunity to.

That's how I see growth as a human being…

[Evangelist Yuckskhalifa @Yuckskhalifa]

It's about doing the best you can.

And you will make mistakes. It's inevitable.

[Evangelist Yuckskhalifa @Yuckskhalifa]

I look at life per day and what it gives me and how I maximize myself as a good human being, per day

[Evangelist Yuckskhalifa @Yuckskhalifa]

I think this life is a test and every day you find your purpose in what the day gives you.

[Evangelist Yuckskhalifa @Yuckskhalifa]

One of the best things you can do for yourself when you've been through something hard is to find safe people and talk about it.

Unaddressed trauma lingers in our bodies and fuels our shame and anxiety.

Silence can feel safe, but it often deepens the pain.

[Evangelist Yuckskhalifa @Yuckskhalifa]

The Universe will literally sit you down and break you to humble you, then will isolate you to build you.
Then give you back everything 10x to prove to you how powerful you are, and that everything is happening for a reason.
Trust yourself, the Universe, and your path.
