​இந்திய ராணுவத்தில் 4 ஆண்டுகள் பணியாற்றி, தேசத்திற்கு சேவை செய்ய உங்களை அழைக்கிறது 'அக்னிபத்' திட்டம். இதில் சேருவதால் கிடைக்கும் நன்மைகள் மற்றும் எதிர்கால வாய்ப்புகள் இதோ உங்கள் பார்வைக்கு:

​💰 1. சம்பளம் மற்றும் பேக்கேஜ் (Salary Details):

​அக்னிவீர்களுக்கு மாதம் தோறும் சிறப்பான சம்பளம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது:

​முதல் ஆண்டு: மாதம் ரூ. 30,000 (கையில் கிடைப்பது ரூ. 21,000 + ரூ. 9,000 சேமிப்பு).

​இரண்டாம் ஆண்டு: மாதம் ரூ. 33,000.

​மூன்றாம் ஆண்டு: மாதம் ரூ. 36,500.

​நான்காம் ஆண்டு: மாதம் ரூ. 40,000.

​🎓 2. 'சேவா நிதி' (Seva Nidhi Package):

​4 ஆண்டு கால சேவை முடிந்து வெளியே வரும்போது, ஒவ்வொரு அக்னிவீரருக்கும் ரூ. 11.71 லட்சம்
(வட்டியுடன் சேர்த்து) ஒரே தொகையாக வழங்கப்படும். இதற்கு வருமான வரி விலக்கு உண்டு! இந்த பணத்தைக் கொண்டு நீங்கள் சொந்தமாக தொழில் தொடங்கலாம் அல்லது மேற்படிப்பு படிக்கலாம்.

​🛡️ 3. காப்பீடு மற்றும் சலுகைகள்:

​பணியின் போது ரூ. 48 லட்சம் மதிப்பிலான இலவச ஆயுள் காப்பீடு வழங்கப்படும்.

​பணியின் போது உயிரிழக்க நேரிட்டால், குடும்பத்தினருக்கு ரூ. 1 கோடிக்கும் அதிகமான நிதி உதவி வழங்கப்படும்.

​🚀 4. 4 ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு என்ன நடக்கும்?

​திறமை மற்றும் தகுதியின் அடிப்படையில் 25% அக்னிவீரர்கள் இந்திய ராணுவத்தில் நிரந்தரப் பணியாளர்களாக
(Permanent Cadre) சேர்த்துக்
கொள்ளப்படுவார்கள்.

​மீதமுள்ளவர்களுக்கு மத்திய அரசு மற்றும் மாநில அரசு வேலைகளில் முன்னுரிமை வழங்கப்படும்:

​CRPF, BSF, CISF போன்ற துணை ராணுவப் படைகளில் 10% இட ஒதுக்கீடு.

​மாநில போலீஸ் படைகளில் சேர முன்னுரிமை.

​பெரிய தனியார் நிறுவனங்கள் அக்னிவீர்களுக்குத் தங்கள் நிறுவனங்களில் வேலை வழங்க முன்வந்துள்ளன.

​📜 5. அக்னிவீர் திறன் சான்றிதழ் (Skill Certificate):

​பயிற்சி முடிக்கும்போது உங்களுக்கு உலகத்தரம் வாய்ந்த தொழில்நுட்ப மற்றும் தலைமைத்துவ பயிற்சிக்கான சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்படும். இது சிவில் வேலைகளில் சேர ஒரு பெரிய பலமாக இருக்கும்.
அக்னிவீர் திட்டத்தில் சேரத் துடிக்கும் இளைஞர்கள் கவனத்திற்கு! நீங்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கும் முன் உங்களிடம் இருக்க வேண்டிய அடிப்படைத் தகுதிகள் இதோ:
1. வயது வரம்பு (Age Limit):
அனைத்துப் பதவிகளுக்கும் 17 ½ வயது முதல் 21 வயது வரை உள்ளவர்கள் மட்டுமே விண்ணப்பிக்க முடியும்.
2. கல்வித் தகுதி (Educational Qualification):
அக்னிவீர் (General Duty): 10-ஆம் வகுப்பு தேர்ச்சி (மொத்தம் 45% மதிப்பெண், ஒவ்வொரு பாடத்திலும் 33% அவசியம்).
அக்னிவீர் (Technical): 12-ஆம் வகுப்பு (Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English பாடங்களுடன் 50% மதிப்பெண்).
அக்னிவீர் (Office Asst/Store Keeper): 12-ஆம் வகுப்பு (Art/Commerce/Science எதுவாக இருந்தாலும் 60% மதிப்பெண் அவசியம்).
அக்னிவீர் (Tradesman): 8-ஆம் வகுப்பு அல்லது 10-ஆம் வகுப்பு தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருந்தால் போதும்.
3. உடற்தகுதித் தேர்வு (Physical Fitness Test):
ஆன்லைன் தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற்ற பிறகு, இந்த உடற்தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுவது மிக முக்கியம்:
ஓட்டம் (Running): 1.6 கிலோமீட்டர் தூரத்தை 5 நிமிடம் 30 வினாடிகளுக்குள் கடக்க வேண்டும் (Group I).
புல்-அப்ஸ் (Pull Ups): குறைந்தது 10 எடுத்தால் முழு மதிப்பெண்கள் கிடைக்கும்.
ஜிிக்-ஜாக் பேலன்ஸ் (Zig-Zag Balance): இதில் தேர்ச்சி பெற வேண்டும் (Qualification only).
9 அடி குழி தாண்டுதல் (9 Feet Ditch): இதையும் வெற்றிகரமாகத் தாண்ட வேண்டும்.
4. உடல் அளவு (Physical Standards):
உயரம் (Height): தமிழ்நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்தவர்களுக்கு பதவிக்கு ஏற்ப 163 செ.மீ முதல் 166 செ.மீ வரை இருக்க வேண்டும்.
மார்பளவு (Chest): 77 செ.மீ இருக்க வேண்டும் (விரிவடையும் போது 5 செ.மீ அதிகமாக வேண்டும்).
எடை (Weight): உயரத்திற்கு ஏற்ற எடை இருக்க வேண்டும்.

A joyous moment for every Indian!

Chola Copper Plates dating back to the 11th Century will be repatriated to India from the Netherlands. Took part in the ceremony for the same in the presence of Prime Minister Rob Jetten.

The Chola Copper Plates are a set of 21 large plates and 3 small plates and largely contain texts in Tamil, one of the most beautiful languages of the world. They relate to the great Rajendra Chola I formalising an oral commitment made by his father, King Rajaraja I. They also showcase the greatness of the Cholas. We in India are immensely proud of the Cholas, their culture and their maritime prowess.

I thank the Government of the Netherlands and Leiden University in particular, where the Copper Plates were kept since the mid-19th century.

*Resignation Letter:*

My political journey started in 2012 as a simple Booth President (Booth No: 69) as a BJP worker. Through my hard work, I have held various positions such as Ward President, T. Nagar Area Secretary, District Secretary (IT & Social Media), District President (IT & DMC), and currently, I serve as the District Secretary – Legal Wing.

You are all aware of the appreciation I received from the public of the T. Nagar area (especially Ashok Nagar), people from other parties, and government officials for my dedicated service during various periods, including the COVID-19 pandemic and flood relief efforts.

I have served without any compromise in the party's ideologies, working day and night for the problems of the public and party cadres in the streets, police stations, and courts to secure justice for many.

This is known to everyone. However, the truth is that the party leadership has not properly recognized my talent, dedication, and service. On the contrary, I was not allowed to grow due to internal party politics.

Despite bringing to the attention of the leadership the continuous and intentional neglect, such as ignoring my name in party posters and programs and failing to give me the due respect, the State and District leadership did not take any action.

This caused me great mental distress and sorrow. Even after working through the recently concluded Assembly elections, I hoped the leadership would find a solution, but I have only met with disappointment.

I do not wish to waste my energy by continuing in a party that engages in internal politics and does not provide recognition suitable for one’s talent.

Therefore, from today onwards, I am resigning from all my responsibilities in the party, including my primary membership.

I express my heartfelt thanks to all the BJP members who traveled with me with true patriotism until now, the political party leaders who continuously encouraged me, and the well-wishers in other parties.
