My sister met an online fraud yesterday on Google pay. She was having problem with transactions on Google pay so she searched for its customer care no.

She got the number online 9861783176 and called on this number. The person asked her to do a few steps after which her account was debited a huge amount.We made a complaint (no 23109200063312) on https://t.co/3emIbcXb7U .

I know she made a mistake but I want to know till when can we expect an enquiry over this matter?

Is this the security system of your app where many customers faces transaction related issues and end up in trouble.

Did you complain against this gang which uses your name? If not then definitely people will stop using your app as it is not fully secured.
