@AdityaRajKaul Who can ignore Salman Khan's please? Soon after he urged Sonam to end fast, he consented. Sallu bhai should join public discourse and if possible take a plunge in politics..May consider Vijay model.
@nextGenThinker3@Phenom962 Misplaced leniency! If he is a part of the compromised media, he has to confront the public anger against media houses that have become mouthpieces of the govt.
@sachin_rt So we should gradually, if not asap, end with quotas. Merit is the key. Sachin Paaji pitches for abolition of quotas and merit in education. Thanks.
Hidden in the 6th arrondissement, Cour du Commerce Saint André feels like stepping into another century. This quiet little passage connects Rue Saint André des Arts to Boulevard Saint Germain and has been here since the late 1700s. It is one of those places that’s easy to miss but hard to forget once you’ve wandered through.
There’s a lot of history packed into this short stretch. The old cobblestones under your feet are originals. So is Le Procope, one of the most storied cafés in Paris. Opened in 1686, it’s where Voltaire, Diderot, and later even Napoleon were said to have lingered over coffee and conversation. You can still eat there today.
Keep walking and you’ll find independent shops, book-filled windows, and places to stop for a proper lunch or just a pastry and coffee. Le Relais Odéon and La Jacobine are good shouts if you want something classic but not too flashy.
A plaque near the end of the passage marks where the guillotine was tested in the 1790s. It is a strange detail, but one that reminds you how much Paris has seen.
Cour du Commerce Saint André is also used in films. Its atmosphere makes it a favorite spot for directors who want to show the city’s quieter, more historic side.
A historical comparison has been made of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Paris, highlighting its early 20th-century completion compared to its modern appearance.
Construction of the church began in 1875 and was completed in 1914, with the area below transformed from a rough slope into a garden. Made of travertine limestone, which is naturally white and brightens over time, contributing to its striking appearance 🇫🇷
@vdsatheesan May consider monthly aid for unmarried above 60 years. This category is more vulnerable than any other group. Pls plan and announce by Nov 1.. This could be a model for other states too as no other state has such a scheme. Unlikely to be a big burden for state financially.
@AdityaRajKaul@ShivAroor Desperate bid by channels to run down the protest by inviting toppers who claim 'focus on studies, don't fritter energy on street stirs'.
@TyrantOppressor One thing is sure: sub-30 group cannot be fooled by peddling religious hatred or historical or mythological deeds and misdeeds. Hence they are against BJP.
@IndiaHistorypic A rare historical picture of a BJP man doing the rounds of villages! Thanks for bringing out the rarest occasion in post-independence Indian history.
@PiyushGoyal@narendramodi Also promise children, who are fed up of politics of raking up the past, mythology & Nehru, that like them we too live in the present and are bothered about the country's future. No more claims from ministers 'we were the first spacefarers, not the Soviets'.
@alpasankhyata They are living in the present and bothered about Future. They don't like anyone raking up what happened in past or even mythological aspects. They have said a firm NO to religious bigotry too or us vs them politics.
@IndianTechGuide Correlation of population & economic output. Sheer size of population drives consumer demand. A consumer economy is created..hence UP & Karnataka too on top5 in list. Chest-thumping can be on industrial output, exports. No.1 = Bombay + Pune; the other areas rustic economy.
@IndianTechGuide Do the people of these states have the life stds of those in Punjab or the perpetual no: 1 in such a list? A smaller state too can top largest economy list. No such in India..an apt global example is Taiwan or S Korea or Singapore. 1, 2 & 5 definitely scores industry-wise.
