@airalocom I have tried WhatsApp / in app chat / contact us / website chat / email and no response for a week from any of your ‘contact us’ functions.

My main line is also now impacted and the air alo package will not activate.

How long does it take to get a reply?

@British_Airways Tokyo to London. It seems you changed your schedules overnight and cancelled all your flights between Tokyo and London over the Christmas/NY so will now book with JAL instead.
