$BTC is starting to look deeply oversold. 📉

RSI has dropped to around 16, while the Crypto Fear & Greed Index is sitting at 12 — Extreme Fear. Just one month ago, the index was at 47. Sentiment flipped fast.

That doesn’t guarantee the bottom is already in. $BTC can stay oversold longer than expected.

But when fear gets this intense after a sharp selloff, even a small shift in buying pressure can spark a quick relief bounce ✨

I’m watching to see whether $BTC can stop making new lows and start building a base around the current area 🌱

No chasing. No panic-selling. Just staying patient and watching how price reacts while the crowd is at its most fearful 🩵💡

The U.S. bull market does not look over yet💡

For now, this still looks more like a sharp pullback inside a bull market than the start of a full bear market.

But the easy phase may be changing😢

For a while, simply owning the biggest AI and semiconductor names worked incredibly well. From here, price swings could get much rougher, and stock selection may matter more.

A more accurate way to describe the market right now:

The broader U.S. bull market is still intact.
But the short-term overheating in AI and semiconductor stocks may have peaked for now.
Why this still looks like a pullback, not a bear market:

The S&P 500 closed at 7,383.74 on June 5, around 3.1% below its recent 52-week high of 7,620.90.

👉A 10% decline is usually considered a correction.
👉A 20% decline is the common benchmark for a bear market.

So even after a painful 2.64% drop in one day, the S&P 500 is still within a pretty normal pullback range.
The market was also coming off a very strong run. The S&P 500 had climbed for nine straight weeks before the selloff. Major indexes are still positive year to date.

And while the $SOXX semiconductor index fell 10.3% in one day and roughly 12% over two days, it is still up around 73% this year 📈

That does not necessarily mean the long-term AI theme is broken. It may simply mean expectations got too high, too fast.

Still, the risk level has clearly increased.

Tech now makes up more than 39% of the S&P 500, while only around 60% of index members are above their 200-day moving averages. The headline index looks strong, but leadership has become very concentrated.

Higher interest rates are another pressure point. Stronger-than-expected May jobs data made markets question how quickly the Fed can cut rates. Expensive growth stocks tend to feel that pressure first.

And the reaction to $AVGO earnings was a reminder that “good” results are not always enough when expectations are extreme. $NVDA, $AMD, $MU and $MRVL all sold off sharply too.

Over the next week or two, I’ll be watching the S&P 500, the $SOXX index, the 10-year Treasury yield and the VIX closely 🩵

A quick rebound would support the pullback case.
A weak recovery with a 5% to 10% decline would look more like a deeper correction.
A drop beyond 10%, spreading into financials, consumer stocks and small caps, would be more concerning.
