This is not about opinions or emotions. It is about historical, constitutional and demographic facts. The claim that the United States was a “100% white political project” does not hold up when we look at how the country was actually formed, how its legal system was written, and who lived on this land from the beginning.
First, before the United States existed, millions of Indigenous people already lived across this territory. Native nations do not disappear from reality just because European settlers created new political institutions. The country was not built on empty land and not inside a racially uniform society. That alone breaks the myth of original racial homogeneity.
Second, from the 1600s onward, African people were present in the colonies and later the United States through the brutal system of slavery. They were part of the real social and economic structure of the country. The fact that they were denied civil rights does not mean they were outside the political reality. They were governed by law, taxed, controlled and exploited by state systems. Legal exclusion is not the same as non existence.
Third, the category “white” itself has never been fixed in American history. In the 19th century many European groups were not treated as fully white in social and political terms. This included Irish, Italians, some Slavic groups and Jews. Racial categories shifted over time and were shaped by politics and culture. That makes the idea of a single, stable white identity at the core of the state historically inaccurate.
Fourth, the legal foundation of the United States is not written in racial terms. The Constitution opens with “We the People,” not “We the Whites.” The system is built around citizenship, rights and duties, not ethnicity. That is a defining feature of a constitutional republic rather than an ethnic state. Practice often violated the principle, but the principle itself made later expansion of rights possible.
Fifth, American history shows a long process of expanding civil rights. The end of slavery, the Reconstruction amendments, voting rights protections, desegregation rulings and civil rights laws were not favors granted to outsiders. They were corrections that brought the system closer to its own stated standards.
Sixth, even demographically, the United States was never literally 100% white. Early census records already counted enslaved and free non white populations. Saying “100%” is rhetoric, not fact.
Seventh, including more groups in public life is not anti white. That is a false zero sum frame. Expanding rights does not require taking them away from others. Civil rights are not a fixed size resource. A rights based system grows by inclusion.
Eighth, saying “we allowed others to participate” suggests that rights are a gift from a dominant group. In a rule of law system, individual rights come from constitutional norms, not majority permission.
The bottom line is simple. The United States is a constitutional project, not a racial one. Its history is a story of conflict, contradiction and gradual rights expansion. Examining that honestly is not an attack on any group. It is how a mature legal culture thinks and learns.
A rule of law system should be judged by how broadly and effectively it protects the rights of its people.

This quote will live with me for the rest of my days. Incredibly poignant.
@_nathalyacosta@brownandbella I can’t help but agree too. I hate how divided our country is especially when it comes to race. Because it’s gotten so extreme now, it’ll take equally extreme measures to really fix things.
WHAT THEY AREN’T TELLING YOU:
Police in Syracuse cited an 8 year old boy for repeated theft from local businesses. The cops are VERY familiar with this kid and are quite frankly sick of dealing with him.
As the boy cries after getting caught (again) the officers tell him to ‘stop stealing.’ 🤷🏻♂️
The officers then take the boy back to his father where he was released.
The officers took time to talk to the dad and then they both talked to the boy about his behavior.
Now what’s the family doing? Suing for MILLIONS IN DAMAGES because ‘this isn’t community policing.’
Police are fighting a losing battle against incompetent parenting and the ongoing victim Olympics where LGBTQ, inner city blacks, and suburban white liberals, are competing for gold.
This child’s father is doing a SHIT JOB.
First it’s stealing. Then it’s drugs. Then it’s armed robbery. Then it’s murder OR wind up being murdered.
MURDER IS THE NUMBER ONE KILLER OF YOUNG BLACK MALES.
I’m saying something BECAUSE I FUCKING CARE. I’M MAN ENOUGH TO SPEAK UP WHEN SOMETHING PROVOKES ME.
Nobody gives a fuck unless a white man kills a black person or a white man speaks up like I’m doing.
Jesus Christ what planet am I on?
Great summation.
If a man manages to build his castle before meeting his lover, he will have a moat of doubt for those wishing to accompany him in it.
For both it seems the choice is either between a more intense life with a true love (wrong time-right person) or a easier life with a lukewarm doubtful love (right time-wrong person).
Both require a strong will - the former to not buckle under the pressure of responsibility, the latter to self motivate and push through the lack of urgency.
Meaning is more easily come by in the former as it’s given through depth of love and a sense of urgency to provide and protect those you love - you fight because you love.
The latter requires meaning to be created rather than given by circumstance - most lack the ambition needed to build and fight for a love they may doubt in the end.
They may be in a palace but lack a palatial love commensurate with it, black hearts occupying their very own White House.
The biggest form of systemic racism against Blacks in 2023, is convincing blacks that every perceived act of rudeness or impoliteness & every inequality that they experience is due to racism, creating a victimhood mentality, which causes them to be emotional & easy to control.
@MyPoetryHurts@xostabbs If Leon gave him that 3 mil… he would’ve never got it back… maybe 1 mil wouldn’t have been that bad but regardless Franklin really only got himself to blame for everything. The only person I think should’ve helped him fr was Louie when he needed her help to take down teddy.
It’s a race against time!
🔹USA wants a hot war with China before the dollar hegemony dies.
🔹China wants full-blown dedollarization before the US starts a war.
The contest will be decided before 2030.
