It won't evolve but you can breed it to pass off the lucky trait.

I've decided to #DesignASprite and i present Fisherman Sprite. It's abilities would make fishing have better loot and better fishing tools out of fishing barrels. Similar to last season with golden fishing locations. A muted blue with a cream hat and fishing vest.
