@AmazonHelp Unless you edit the app, there’s nothing you can do. My personal issue was fixed when I spoke to a human.
The “customer support” page on your app should have the phone number on it. Your AI is not helpful, and your trouble shooting and refund options are limited to 4 or 5 issues
@amazon why is it so difficult to speak to a human on costumer service? It’s nowhere to be found on the app, and your ai is useless. Finally got a phone number from a different site because your links pop up the useless app.
