Han sido semanas largas e intensas en Tirana, Albania, con el Seminario de Organización de Eventos, el Campeonato Mundial U23, el Congreso Ordinario de la UWW y el Campeonato Mundial Senior de categorías no olímpicas. Quedan solo dos meses para cerrar el año y, con ellos, este ciclo olímpico.

It has been long and intense weeks in Tirana, Albania, with the Event Organization Workshop, the U23 World Championships, the UWW Ordinary Congress and the Seniors World Championships - Non-Olympic Weight Categories. There are only two months left to close the year and, with them, this Olympic cycle.

Finalizada la “XXXIII Copa Pat Shaw in Memoriam” en la Ciudad de Guatemala, que a su vez es el Torneo Regional de Desarrollo y Educación de la United World Wrestling. Muy conforme con los resultados de las distintas actividades (campamento de entrenamiento, curso de entrenadores y curso de árbitros) y el torneo donde se conto con la participación de 368 atletas provenientes de 20 países, realizandose 568 combates. Seguimos batiendo récords y trabajando arduamente en el desarrollo de la región.

The "XXXIII Pat Shaw Memorial Cup" in Guatemala City has ended. It also served as the United World Wrestling Regional Development and Education Tournament. We are very satisfied with the results of the various activities (training camp, coaches' course, and referees' course) and the tournament, which saw the participation of 368 athletes from 20 countries and 568 matches held. We continue to break records and work hard on the region's development.

Días muy productivos en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana, donde se llevaron a cabo importantes reuniones, como la Reunión del Comité Ejecutivo de la ACODEPA y su Asamblea General Ordinaria, para definir el rumbo de las Confederaciones Deportivas Panamericanas. Además de un importante acercamiento con el ya debidamente conformado Comité Organizador Local de los próximos XXV Juegos Centroamericanos y del Caribe de Santo Domingo 2026.

These past few days have been very productive in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Important meetings were held, such as the ACODEPA Executive Committee Meeting and its Ordinary General Assembly, to define the course of action of the Pan-American Sports Confederations. This is in addition to an essential approach with the Local Organizing Committee of the upcoming XXV Central American and Caribbean Games of Santo Domingo 2026.

Además de la Reunión de Comité Ejecutivo de la UWW Américas y el Congreso Ordinario de la UWWA.

After almost three weeks of intense activities, the Senior Pan-American Championships, Continental Olympic Qualifier for Paris 2024 and the first stop of the Beach Wrestling World Series came to a successful end. In addition to the UWW Americas Executive Committee Meeting and the UWWA Ordinary Congress.

My congratulations and thanks to everyone who was part of this event.
