@AnarchSoul Yeah I know, I didn't specify why I couldn't or anything else bc I wanted to keep it generic to include every possible scenario.
In my case I was forced to wait until 18 bc my parents wouldn't give the authorization, though at 18, for the Italian State, I could decide by myself.
