After the show, I was able to say hi and communicate with the cast signing! 

終演後には出待ちもして、���演者の方々（全員ではないですが）にご挨拶も。まだ拙いながらも手話でやりとりができて、ちょっと泣きそうになるくらい嬉しかったです。本当に素晴らしい作品でした。

This experience also made me reflect on how isolating communication can feel when language is not shared. It offered me a new perspective on the importance of accessibility and mutual understanding, which I will carry with me.

I had the opportunity to see the eye-opening play “TRASH” at PAC NYC the other night. It was breathtaking and deeply raw, and it moved me to tears by the end.

正直、理解できた手話は20語くらい。スピードについていけなくて必死になる瞬間もたくさんあったけど、それでも俳優の皆さんの表情や身体表現が本当に豊かで、言葉を超えてどんどん伝わってくる感覚がありました。まさに舞台芸術の力だなと感じて、最後はしっかり泣きました。

As someone who is hearing, I was only able to recognize a small portion of the signed language. At times, I found it challenging to keep up with the pace, and I relied on the actors’ facial expressions and body language to understand what the characters were conveying.

アメリカの聾者の方が主人公で、全編手話で進んでいく作品。ときどき“通訳”的な役割のキャラクターが入る演出もすごく面白かったです。

The production featured an incredible cast of performers, including both Deaf and hearing actors. The performance was carried out entirely in sign language, with occasional interpretation provided throughout.

◆反戦を主題にしたアニメがあったとする。日本のアニメが、国境や人種や言語や宗教といった垣根を一足飛びに、高い評価を得たとする。結果世界から戦争は無くなったか……「否」という絶望感。しかしその絶望を次代の子供達に引き継がせていいか…….「否」。だから創り続ける、という某アニメ監督の思いは、ズッシリと胸に来る。海外コンベンションに参加する際にいつも脳裏をかすめるのは、ポップカルチャーは時としてハイカルチャーを超える、という思いである。

It leaves an extraordinarily poor impression of @Disney , and I feel so sorry for them.
