I know Jared Verse is very good..
But the Jets getting more 1st round picks for Sauce Gardner than the Browns got for MYLES GARRETT just does not sit right with me.
Browns got a extra 1st & 2nd back and a Mason Graham for moving back from 2 to 5 in the draft
no way you can spin me Jared Verse and a 1st a decent comp for the best defensive player of his generation
this is awful man
There are two 70-win teams in NBA history. Both had the league MVP. One was unanimous.
One had the best perimeter defender of his era. The other had a 2x DPOY winner.
Both had the best 3-point shooters of their respective eras. One had the greatest ever and another top five. Both had elite benches.
One had the greatest coach of all time with the greatest system of all time. The other had a player who learned that coach’s system, modified it, and helped implement it for a new era.
LeBron beat one of those teams while leading everyone on the court in every major statistical category, in a historically impossible situation. Jordan was a part of one of those teams.
LeBron is Everest. Jordan is K2.
LeBron reportedly felt like the Lakers took him for granted when Rob Pelinka didn’t give him the game ball after he broke the record for most wins in NBA history, per @mcten
“James, who played the past eight seasons in Los Angeles and helped deliver the franchise its 17th championship in 2020, saw Pelinka's priority in that moment as yet another example of the Lakers taking him for granted, sources said.”

SGA is the 3rd leading scorer on his team this series down over 10 PPG from his regular season average and his team is up 3-0. He should never get an MVP vote again. His team doesn’t even need him to get to the WCF.
All 11 defensive starters from Ohio State's CFP title game win over Notre Dame, 15 months later, have become NFL draft picks, none going lower than the fifth round. And that doesn't count Arvell Reese, who was rotating in as a backup.

Carnell Tate was making plays like this at Ohio State. Yeah, I’d love to see that in Cleveland. Not sure why anyone bets against WRs developed there. Route running, hands, big game ability. it translates, and we’ve seen it time and time again.
WR1.
