00:00 "На первом подвале сильно избивали. Били резиновой дубинкой по голове. Вся голова была в гематомах. Запугивали перед допросами.

00:32 Потом меня перевезли в другой подвал, где я провёл около месяца. Там продолжались избиения — били резиновыми дубинками, битами. Это происходило постоянно. Применяли электрический ток. К ушам и к другим частям тела подключали провода, "крокодильчики", и накручивали ток.

01:34 Применяли электрошокер. У меня уже были ранения, ожоги, осколочные раны, и они били электрошокером прямо по открытым ранам, по мясу. Руки тоже были в ожогах. Ток проходил сильнее, потому что ткани были повреждены.

This is an informal meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council in Kiev. The delegation arrived by train and was met at the Central Railway Station by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.
