@DustBunnyDHCP@Timmy73611@THEDOCTORSAWIT It’s not a matter of seeing black and white or gray because I understand there’s nuance, however you can say the same thing about yourself and others defending this because a lot of the time they tend to ignore the nuance of how this behavior can still affect people.
@DustBunnyDHCP@Timmy73611@THEDOCTORSAWIT It’s not the fact that people have different forms of humor it’s the fact that people are defending the behavior and attacking others for calling out said behavior, hiding behind the art of comedy doesn’t make you immune to criticism of the actions that you take in the name of it
@DustBunnyDHCP@Timmy73611@THEDOCTORSAWIT I never said anything about de-plat forming him,my point is that his behavior shouldn’t be defended and he should be held accountable.
@DustBunnyDHCP@Timmy73611@THEDOCTORSAWIT The thing is it’s really not subjective because the behavior itself was still racist. One of the most common forms of racism is ignorance because we unfortunately let a lot of stuff slide that we probably shouldn’t
@Beacon_Cream_@Sipupontea It does because they never took the time to properly correct it and give reparations, plus with things such as how people have been mistreated by law enforcement such as ice and the police
@DustBunnyDHCP@Timmy73611@THEDOCTORSAWIT And straight up ignoring and being purposely ignorant of what he did to the point that it makes you look like you’re arguing in bad faith
@DustBunnyDHCP@Timmy73611@THEDOCTORSAWIT So you just gonna forget how he continued to use it after as a substitute/euphemism for the n word? I’m not sure if you watched the whole clip or not but after the part you just mentioned he continued to still use it knowing that he was using it in the context of it sounding -
@DustBunnyDHCP@Timmy73611@THEDOCTORSAWIT Yeah you’re either ignorant or uneducated on the situation because in the clip he quite literally did use it in a prejudice/mocking way. Also again he used the word nega as a euphemism for the actual n word
