Security check in at MOPA sucks unnecessarily increasing passenger frustration when it can be smooth by withholding passengers for basic items like keys, watches and water bottles. How come other airports don’t make a fuss and you do! @manoharparrikar@TourismGoa
Why does @AmexIndia have a booth drop at the Pune airport? Like folks at the airport are concerned if their flights are delayed or cancelled. I feel for the executives asking every passing passenger if there are interested :( #sales#americanexpress#amex
Health insurance in the US is totally f*cked.
Process for filing a claim at MetLife:
1. 35 minutes figuring out how to file a claim
2. 10 minutes working on filling out the claim
3. 5 minutes printing and putting together envelope to the mailbox
• The site is a disaster
• The forms are 5 pages long
• None of the fields are explained
• There is no online claim submission
"Let's just put a tax of 50 minutes on someone for a claim that was filed by the dentist but we didn't pay."
"And use old methods of information that are 50 years old and used by no other industry."
"Fingers crossed you hear back! There's no online status"
I earn more money in 50 minutes than this f*cking claim costs.
This is what living in "the #1 country in the world" is like in 2024.
→ The basic services that matter for life have absolutely piss poor UX.
→ But the video games & short form video cocaine have world-class UX.

Some lollipop is given (like old tax regime vs new tax regime)
Such steps are praised by the sell-out media. People become even more hopeful.
Then after 1-2 months of research, more info comes out that the lollipop is not really useful.
People go back.
And, wait for the next budget.
This should be called as halva making ceremony of salaried folks 😅

But you won’t hire me because I can’t solve an algorithm challenge. lol.
