@popoto_of_light@ladynimala That seems fair enough. Even if I'm pretty sure I have judged someone in my head if they shipped something openly illegal, before๐ But it was kept in the privacy of my brain!
@ItsATacoBell@citsacrob Sorry, didn't know the difference. But sometimes that kind of stuff feels like the "main purpose" or what most of the game revolves around so I just meant to say that Genshin story, with lore and openworld being the main focus, even when it includes fighting it stays f2p friendly
@popoto_of_light@ladynimala Sort of like a "we listen and we don't judge (but we may choose to not interact with it)" kind of approach towards which ships someone likes?
@cemacim@citsacrob Unlucky or not too good at the game๐ ๐ I admit to have been too scared to try floor 12 in a while, because I kept doing horribly on it. I'm also a slacker on builds, so totally my own skill issues here
@cemacim@citsacrob I did say maybe. Depending on which characters the person choose to pull on and the kind of buffs the abyss gives for that round, it can be harder than it is for someone who follows the meta
@ulryun@stellarcele I could but I think I'd like to have Mizuki as an option, after the combact mini game gave me the option to try her in a stellar team. Plus, I already have a lvl 100 and a lvl 95 characters๐ ๐
@ItsATacoBell@citsacrob I'm thinking games with ranking where the main "storyline", if you can call it that, is playing raids againsts other players and stuff and I fell those aren't f2p friendly even in their "main" parts (I never played anything like that, so I might be wildly wrong)
@ItsATacoBell@citsacrob Honestly, I'm not much of a gamer. I guess with similar games that is true, but there are different ones out there and I think sometimes the main parts of them require you to be competitive to be able to clear them. For a "big game" like Genshin it's nice that that isn't the case
@kreidemeow@v10ballad Some people can be so mean that they don't wish other people to improve because they'll lose the meter of comparison they had for convincing themselves they didn't need to improve their work "as long as it's better than X". Between the two options, I genuinely hope you are right
@euclidstan For a while, I just honestly lost interest in building characters. I'd play the daily things and quests, but mostly use resin to gather exp books. Now that I got a lot of characters to lvl 80/90, I'm collecting artifact books and will slowly consume my mora upgrading those
@narisinshambles And, arguably, Eddie's "cheating" plot was the least bad (being just emotional, at least that we see. He didn't kiss Kim, as far as I remember) and the most understandable with the history behind it compared to Buck's and Hen's
@BEWITCHBUCK That, and also if the plot twist of a character dying "doesn't hit" if there's a warning then it means the writing could use some improving.. if the writing is good, a death will always impact you even if you knew it would come eventually
@whotaoist I personally had trouble figuring out the sprint/slide thing on PC, but I can fully admit that was me both being a little dumb and not fully reading the controls instructions I picked
@lunarajax@fujonash Oh, now it's been a couple days so I don't remember if I missed the tag entirely or if, seeing it written as plural ndes (plus the summary mentioning a situation where multiple injures could occure), I was confused as to who it referred to exactly and thought it best to ask
@JOtakuAnime@lulu_applepies And maybe also the fact that they want to have it monetized. Algorithms only exists that way, but the good thing about ao3 is that it's totally free so that is annoying too.
@JOtakuAnime@lulu_applepies I've actually read a while ago that ao3 is the younger fanfiction site created (dating 2009) so I'm pretty sure a vast majority of people come from various migrations from other sites. And as it was already said, it's mostly the reporting that's the issue
