Hey @zomato this is honestly unacceptable now. The restaurant confirmed that the delivery partner picked up the order 25–30 minutes ago, yet the app still shows Collecting your order while he keeps roaming around without answering calls or messages. How does that even make sense?

It’s been over an hour since we placed an order worth around ₹800, my parents are still waiting hungry, and the food is obviously going cold.
And the only “resolution” customer support offered was a ₹250 promo code after delivery.
