@duzykluseg@Mileage_impo iirc the owner just wanted to make more power and upgraded to stronger rods and pistons.
The owner has a complete list on https://t.co/T6Q4Snc1l7
@_Rsydn_@WRCPAST I am simply illustrating that your point does not stand at all
Any ‘faithful' CN/CP9A replicas w/ 4G63T&AWD would require immense labour/parts cost that comes close to buying a genuine one. Even with the body-cut swap the chassis rigidity is still nowhere near as a real one.
@ImMKumaran@WRCPAST Mainly for weight reduction and ease of maintenance under competitive situations.
Also the AYC pump is located right behind the rear right wheel which makes it fragile to road debris damage and prone to rust. Very common problem for Evos.
@_Rsydn_@WRCPAST You can't. Night-and-day difference in chassis rigidity. Different undercarriage layout. CK Lancers can't take the Evo rear diff and drivetrain without extensive metalwork done to the chassis/unibody, which further weakens the structural rigidity.
