Been a while since my last post but I thought it would be a great time to talk about cutters. The cutter or “cut-fastball” is a versatile pitch that can help bridge the gap in a pitchers arsenal.

It was obviously a huge factor for the greatest closer of all time, as Mariano Rivera essentially threw only that pitch for his entire career & had the best cutter ever.
