Kamala Harris borrows the language of prayer and faith while talking about her unbridled commitment to abortion. She will not hesitate to hollow out your faith and wear it as a second skin. #Debate2024
@AndyBeshearKY At minimum, a daughter should have the same rights as her mother: the right to live and to not be poisoned and torn apart—no matter the circumstances of her conception.
Acknowledging the truth about abortion requires courage you just do not possess.
The limited vocabulary cuts both ways. Since they consider a preference toward national identify to be the crux of fascism, it does not register that their own totalitarian ideals for the *global* government they are due to inherit embody the fascistic impulse much more truly.
Leftist see autocracy and the suppression of individual liberties as basic politics, so a focus on national identity is the only recognizable distinction in the word “fascism.”
@JoshDaws, I’ve heard you mention Substack on The Great Awokening. Who should I follow? I’m interested in Christianity, politics, opposing viewpoints, etc. I’m a fan of GK Chesterton-style social critique. Any suggestions?
1/6 Nature provides supports for pregnant women. They’re called fathers. When fathers fail there are extended families. Does government have a role to play when these don't suffice? Absolutely. But the *fundamental* way to help pregnant women is to restore marriage and fatherhood
@NPR@scottdetrow@MaraLiasson We’re a nation of States. The US has always been about the union of (up to) 50 governments. @NPR sounds like they’ve been getting their talking points from Redditors. I never thought they were better than that, but I did think that at least they thought they were. Guess not.
@NPR is part of my news routine. They’re leftist ideologies who play hard at being an “unbiased” media source, so it throws an interesting contrast—making it easier to see their genuine elitist bewilderment. They’re self-righteous, but it can be cute to see them pretend.
@NPR That said, I’ve been hearing @scottdetrow and @MaraLiasson spout nonsense about the “popular vote” and how it somehow pertains to the legitimacy of the Supreme Court. It’s such a cynical and juvenile take that I can’t believe it’s a sincere thought.
Listened to @UpFirst criticize the Justice Dept. for talking about the details of an ongoing investigation and then openly wonder why @kyoag hadn’t released more information pertaining to the Breonna Taylor investigation despite reporting that he gave the same answer...
