@KingZahyd @bongyluaziey Usually the egg would just breakdown naturally in the abdominal cavity, but if there is an opening between the uterus and a remnant of a tube, the egg can make it over and get fertilized. It's extremely rare though.

@KingZahyd @bongyluaziey The tubes just make it easier for the egg to get there. The egg is still released from the egg and can make it to the uterus. Getting them tied is more effective because it cuts off the sperm and the egg from meeting.
