@emm0sh HubSpot had a system they called "drug deals" internally to deal with this. If a team needed help from another team they'd barter work in a future sprint for it.

@emm0sh the version I've seen is teams focused on their lane at the expense of the org goal. A security team saying "no" to all risk means no work gets done, etc.
