@KrissiPlays Hah, I have a mini-breakdown anytime I get a phone call by customers so I get it.
I just sigh, take a few seconds, and then put on the most fake confidence I can muster up.
Either that or cuss audibly before picking up the headset. That works too.
@KrissiPlays I've felt really guilty for calling directly until I kept getting my messages ignored for hours.
Sucks especially when I need help on a case that I can't solve by myself. :(
