This winter we gave him a few directives- one was to study the material we picked up over the years from @NunzioSignore. Zander’s findings on Nunzio’s teachings on VBT were forward thinking and original.

Zander is a long time PVS athlete & earlier in 2023- he started Motion Performance where he trains athletes to be the best version of themselves on the field of play.

We are thrilled to have Zander in the Lab this Winter to assist all of our athletes push towards their potential.
