@sarahwiser14 The president of the HOA has a sign - visible from Highway 9 - with his contact info. Sites rent for $350/month and he takes 10%. Renter also pays electric.

@sarahwiser14 They can - most folks rent through the on-site agent since he has a sign visible from Highway 9, but there are no rules prohibiting renting yourself for any duration. I may even convert https://t.co/7Nrq4vH8Z0 for listings after these are sold.

@dotson_gordon I'm not sure I on that. I know that the pedestals can be moved with the assistance of an electrician. The president of the HOA is Neal Greeley, and he lives on site. He also handles the rental arrangements. His number is 435-229-5867. He may be able to answer.

@lippertproducts @Dreamforce Would love to see a DHCP-accepting Ethernet port on One Control to hook to existing network in an #RV. Add an http server to allow control by going via web browser to one.control.ip.address THAT would help with diagnostics and allow use without WiFi.
