Doctors say healthier food will help my pmdd. However the fatty food("comfort food"). makes me feel better right away What do i do?

There are plenty of days that nothing "SEEMS" good. Even the day itself has a dark gray tint. I get laughs from @C_Mitch18 .. follow him.
