@BrevilleUSA I sent espresso machine in for repair, was delivered back still not working with the same issue. Have been trying to call customer support but your phone system only allows for a call back, and I've not received a call back. It has been two weeks - truly frustrating

@MBonvoyAssist your points transfer tool online has not been working for over 24 hrs, I keep getting “temporarily unavailable right now try again later” message. Tried on two different browsers. I cannot transfer points to another member to make a necessary booking. Please advise

@itsmemaddie1 @PoPville We had trouble with the online application and even when we managed to submit it online, we called the court and they had no record of it being submitted. We went two days ago in person and they confirmed they are closed during a shutdown, so go this week if you need it soon!!

Hey @British_Airways your flight from IAD to LHR BA216 arrival was delayed 3 hours this morning which caused my gf and I to miss our train and pay £56 each for new train tickets. It would go a long way to have that reimbursed so we can actually enjoy the start to our holiday.

Booked my older parents on their first trip abroad, surely there must be a better way for all this. We’re all loyal AAdvantage members but this is ridiculous. And they lose a prepaid day in Italy - I look forward to chatting with someone about reimbursements, miles etc. (2/2)

@AmericanAir AA720 from CLT - FCO, after being recalled to the gate mid flight due to tech issue, plane change but then crew time out and finally canceled, get rebooked to Boston tonight then FCO tomorrow afternoon - what a cluster. No food vouchers offered, etc. (1/2)
